Airbnb 101: The Video Series

I’m excited to begin releasing some of my Airbnb trainings on my YouTube channel! When it comes to hosting short term rentals, I’m a pro. When it comes to filming and editing a video series, I’m on a steep learning curve. But loving the challenge!

First up, I’ve created a mini series outlining the three models of hosting on Airbnb which are Ownership, Rental Arbitrage and Co-hosting. I’ve tried them all in my five years as an Airbnb host and learned a ton along the way as to how much time, money, and energy are required for each. 

I created this series to help new and potential hosts better understand their options as they get into Airbnb so that they can make informed decisions.
