After 10 years opening restaurants and retail concepts, Susannah launched her first Short Term Rental (STR) in Lexington, KY in 2017. Through ownership and arbitrage, she quickly scaled to a six figure business. The Sanctuary family has since grown and the portfolio of homes has expanded beyond KY to Indianapolis, IN and Naples, FL. She now coaches new hosts as they launch their own investment dreams.

Jesse was a landlord and home builder for 20 years before meeting Susannah in 2020, at which point he jumped into the STR world headfirst. He began by opening luxury homes in Indianapolis and currently leads the charge to expand our selection of vacation rentals in Naples, FL.
